It is much more important to know what sort of a patient has a disease than what sort of a disease a patient has.

Prior to your first consultation, you will be asked to complete a detailed electronic health questionnaire and return this via email no later than 3 days before your appointment. You will also be asked to complete and bring along a 3-day food diary when we meet. This preparation will help to ensure that you get the most out of the appointment.
Initial consultations last up to 90 mins. During this time we will discuss your health, with the aim of agreeing on realistic, achievable ways in which you can modify your diet and lifestyle to improve your health. Following your consultation, you will also receive a written plan via email clearly stating the nutritional and lifestyle recommendations that have been discussed, supportive information sheets, meal suggestions with recipes and shopping advice. This is typically done within 2 working days of the appointment.
Progress reviews will take place using a combination of follow-up consultations (45 mins) and mini-phone reviews (typically 20 mins) to ensure regular support. The frequency will be decided at the beginning of your personalised health programme based on your current needs and preferences.
Telephone or skype consultations are available. Your dietary plan will be sent to you afterwards by email.
