  • Exclusive membership to a private Facebook group where you will be supported by me, a registered Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach, posting motivational tips and interacting daily as I complete the challenge with you. 

  • Weekly Facebook trainings and Q&A's  hosted throughout the programme with a focus on blood sugar balance, stress support, sleep and practical tips for following the programme

  • Health and Energy Questionnaire at the beginning and end of the plan to assess progress


The recipes have been designed with the following principles in mind:

  • Low carbohydrate (different to NO carbs)

I think Jennifer does and I really like her thorough and steady approach.
